WWE SmackDown 4/26/24: The Draft Pt. 1, WWF Raw 5/1/95, NXT 5/1/14 Recap/Review/Results

As you can see by the SmackDown title, it is officially draft season for WWE. And for the first week, it was relatively uneventful. Also, they prepare for WWE Backlash in France with a Cody Rhodes/AJ Styles contract signing. Meanwhile, Retro Raw was the usual horrible program. The show was filled with nothing but meaningless squashes and a "bait and switch" Sid Vicious match. And Retro NXT continues to showcase why these old black and gold shows were not what they were cracked up to be.
