These are the front wheel axil spacers that conect the wheel to the break rotors between the front forks. These spacers house the bearings for the front axil. not enough detail so im contemplating some Vanderslice red flake to brighten them up a bit. Rob Vanderslice is an old school custom low rider painter and in my opinion, one of the best.
