Class action lawsuit filed against weight loss doctor, victims could be nationwide

Dramatic weight loss at a price you can actually afford! That's the pitch that, each year, sends thousands of Americans south of the border for weight loss surgery.  But two years after we first exposed patients returning from Mexico with deadly consequences, a multi-million dollar lawsuit is filed in Arizona and the attorney believes there are more victims nationwide.
