CDC study and NIH both had studies that showed masks ineffective against COVID

This is a video we did a while back that was pulled from youtube. After several attempts to ask what was wrong with it we essentially got a strike because it went against "approved" information, despite all data and information coming from highly reputable educational and governmental sources.
Facebook hit a video circulation social media with a fake fact check and claimed the doctor was not telling the truth about the efficacy of masks.

The truth of the matter is the doctor was correct with the study he cited. In our research we found multiple studies that show the same results the doctor spoke of. The study the doctor was referring to was from the NIH.
