Man cuts down memorial to stabbed burglar

A man with a hat pulled low over his eyes suddenly appeared at the memorial to Henry Vincent and began to cutting down the flowers and other tributes.

Armed with a pair of scissors the middle aged man who said he was a "local" branded the memorial to the stabbed burglar an "insult."

He threw the flowers and tributes on the floor before he began stamping on them.

After, he ran to another spot at the end of the road and cut further flowers loose.
