Why so many people fail in their first Mining Job Conversations about Mining

In today’s video Jess and I get to say congratulations to another student Tim, who used the 3 Step Plan package to get an Agi job in SA, well done Tim! In the video we are going to cover the failure rate new starters have in the industry and why if your social media isn’t telling you about this, then they really don’t know much about mining and how it all works. If your research about the industry hasn’t uncovered this failure rate, then you need to do more research to get the whole picture before you jump in.

As always it pays to know how the system works to take advantage of it. Knowing how the mine works, is the skill all the employers want, that most New Starters over look when trying to get their first job.
