Human Smuggler Dumps Illegals in the Street, Swims Back to Mexico After Texas DPS Troops Chase Him

As Texas DPS troopers in Webb County, TX, were chasing down a suspected human smuggler, the man dumped illegal immigrants in the street out of his moving car. Troopers chased the suspect right up to the Rio Grande River, where the smuggler swam across, leaving his vehicle behind, to get back to Mexico.
