Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 handful parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 cup tomato sauce( mix of tomato paste with water)
1cup diced tomatoes or can
1tsp homemade seasoning( go check out my chicken wings attieke. It's same seasoning)
1tsp cumin
1tsp paprika
1tsp salt
