Multi Grain and Seed Cracker Bread

*3 cups Favorite Flour or Flour Blend
(my preference is 50/50 blend of fresh milled organic barley and heard white wheat)
*1 cup warm water
*1/2 cup Olive Oil (or preferred oil)
*1/2 tsp salt
*1-2 Tablespoons of each or any combination you choose:
Poppy seeds, black seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and/or flax seed

Soak seeds in the warm water for about 10 – 15 minutes. Stir in oil and salt then add the flour one cup at a time. Knead. Separate into 10-12 pieces. Roll out as thin as possible. You may find it easiest to cut each rolled piece into 2-4 pieces before baking

Bake on a preheated cast iron or stoneware sheet @ 500° for 2-3 minutes (watch closely!)
