Harvey Weinstein’s charges have been overturned

As of Thursday April 25th Weinstein has been serving a 23 year sentence for alleged criminal acts

Today Weinstein’s 2020 conviction was overturned in the court of law. The state court of appeals found that the testimonies provided by hashtag me too did not help support the allegations of the case because the allegations were not part of this specific case.
