This Wellness Wednesday, the 24th of April, we welcome Philippa Ross, Founder of the 'Waste Not,Want Not' podcast, to present the topic of:
Cultivating COURAGE to enhance the health of the soul, heart, mind and body to thrive.
Philippa fused her background in psychology and an inherent passion for the environment in her work as a human Ecologist and Enthusiologist.

Her work focuses on the energetic relationship between people and the planet and how we can tune into the energy field to cultivate the conditions of the terrain within and around us; dissolving the disruptive frequencies that limit our potential.
