‘Get the lawsuits ready to go’: Ryan Walters vows to take Biden’s Title IX changes to court

Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters says he’ll be joining up with like-minded states to fight back against the Biden administration’s new changes to Title IX. “There’s really two ways to fight it. You’re going to have the legal fight to block it, but then we also are going to have the fight to just not comply. They are relying on us and the states to enforce their illegal, unconstitutional edict here," he says.
