*XMUTABBAQ(or Murtabak)* (Arabic filled Paratha)

INGREDIENTS: (makes 4)
500 gms chicken mince
1 medium onion chopped
3 green chillies chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp gingergarlic paste
2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
1 egg beaten
2 cups all purpose flour(add pinch salt)
5 tbsp oil
Luke warm water(to knead dough)
Oil for shallow frying
METHOD:
Make mutabbaq dough, take flour,add 2 tbsp oil,and
<nead with luke warm water, just like normal atta dough
m Let is rest for 20 min. In a pan add 3 tbsp oil,add onion
and chillies, saute till translucent, add chicken mince with
gingergarlic paste, once it changes color add all the
spices, saute for 7 minutes, then add coriander, cover and
cook for 6 minutes, uncover and cook till water is
completely dried. Add egg and give it a mix.= Now roll
out one ball of dough into oval shape, put the chicken
filling, fold and overlap sides making a square.Press to
secure edges. - In a pan/tawwa, put 3 tbsp oil, shallow
fry mutabbaq from all sides at medium heat till its golden
and crisp. Andddd its readyyy
