This said, if you fast for a day or two, every week, you place your liver into the ideal condition of "ketosis" OR if you only eat once per day, as much as you like, need or want, you are fasting for at least 12 to 23 hours.

The most important aspect of healthy diet is ZERO sugar and non-GMO foods, less fatty meat and lots of clean (preferably distilled) water.
Avoid tap water! Avoid plastics! Throw out your microwave! 🚨

P.S. Do not use cream or sugar in coffee.
