Russian military advisers arrive in Niger as country breaks ties with US army

Russian military instructors have arrived in Niger after the country revoked its military cooperation with the US. Former Nigerien diplomat Kalla Karimou told RT that his country's warm relations with Russia are based on national sovereignty.
