Holden Vetra Fails to Yield

Info from Licensor: "I was driving home from a camping trip in the Otways rainforest. I was nearing the small town of Mt. Moriac near Geelong in my 2011 Kia Sportage. On the dual lane highway, I had just overtaken a car when a silver Holden Vectra appeared to my right. They had to give way but did not. The Vectra collided with the rear of my car and I had to fight to keep control of my Kia. All persons involved were uninjured."
