USA: Illegal immigrants shipped to Martha’s Vineyard given crime victim visas

Some of the 50 illegals flown to Martha's Vineyard by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis have received work permits thanks to U- visa reserved for crime victims.

Assisted by legal counsel, these illegals applied last year for this particular visa after alleging they were deceived into boarding charter flights to a wealthy liberal community in Massachusetts, lured by false promises of employment and housing.

The U-visa, or U-nonimmigrant status, is designated for victims of specific crimes who have endured mental or physical abuse and assist law enforcement or prosecuting criminal acts.

Migrants granted a U-visa are eligible to work in the United States, then can apply for a Green Card after having a U-visa for three years.
