Here's a snippet about my #MixedMediaCollage #painting I created as a form of #ArtTherapy about my recent frustrations as Mom to adult sons. In this video, I narrate the most important part of my composition: a message to my son(s). This painting was born out of a specific catastrophic event in my adult son's life; however, it's a message that transcends the specific circumstances and can be applied to either of my sons in any challenging life circumstance they face. It's a heartfelt love letter from me, their Mom. Long before I was a #MidLifeArtist, I was a Mom.
