*INSTANT PISTA BADAM KULFI*

INGREDIENTS:(makes 5)
1 pack thick cream( 250 ml)
1/2 tin condensed milk (200 ml)
1/2 cup milk
1 bread slice
1/2 tsp cardamom powder(or 4 crushed cardamoms)
15 pistachios
10 almonds
Disposable plastic cups(as moulds)
Skewers(as sticks)
Aluminium foil or cling film.(to cover cups)
METHOD:
Mix everything in a blender, blend for 1 minute till fully
ncorporated. In a disposable cup, put some pistachios
then pour in the blended kulfi mix, seal with aluminium
foil, and insert a skewer through the foil. Freeze for 7-8
hours or Overnight for best result. Garnish with some
more nuts and enjoyyyy
