Lower body stretches can improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and prevent injury. Start with a standing hamstring stretch, reaching toward your toes with straight legs. Follow with a quadriceps stretch, pulling your foot towards your buttocks while standing. Then, transition to a seated groin stretch, pressing your elbows against your knees while keeping your back straight. Finally, perform a calf stretch by stepping one foot back, pressing the heel to the ground while bending the front knee. Hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds and repeat on both sides.
