Florida Health Secretary Joseph Ladapo expressed concerns about the World Health Organization's (WHO) efforts to develop a pandemic treaty. Ladapo stated: "Unfortunately, the WHO is in the process of drafting a pandemic treaty. This treaty would expand its power to deal with a pandemic and this would have detrimental effects on the sovereignty of the United States and our citizens here."
