HEGE WAFFEN AP-66 380 Semi-Automatic Pistol which is actually just a Spanish-made Astra Constable. This one has clear identification markings as a Hungarian FEG-made pistol, but those turned out to be misleading. Hidden Spanish markings verify its actual origins. Designed around the Walther PP/PPK, the AP-66 differs from the Walther in its Glock-like take-down procedure and the sporting of a handy slide release and adjustable rear sight. And while the AP-66 and Walther PP share virtually identical dimensions, the AP-66’s level of craftsmanship falls a little short of the Walter’s. Even so, the Hege Waffen AP-66 is an attractive all-metal gun that’s very well made, accurate and dependable. Includes range activity and a demonstration of disassembly and reassembly.
