Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) for all records regarding Joe Biden’s improper removal of classified materials while he was a U.S. Senator or Vice President and storage of the materials in unclassified settings as detailed in Special Counsel Robert Hur’s February 5, 2024 report (Judicial Watch v. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (No. 1:24-cv-01036)).
