Old man meets two Pirates King in his Life

Loguetown is a city on the Polestar Islands in the East Blue, and the birthplace of Gol D. Roger, the previous Pirate King. The town is home to many major locations, including the Execution Platform, the Loguetown Marine Base, and The Fisherman King Uotome.
In the Loguetown Arc, Luffy visits the town to meet the smoky Marine Captain Smoker, who has a reputation for never failing to capture a pirate.
