INGREDIENTS:
For Kababs:
600 gms Chicken Mince(you can take Beef)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp gingergarlic paste
2 Green chillies(chopped)
2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
2 tbsp Chapli kabab masala(optional, I used Shan)
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1
egg.
Mix everything together, grease your hands, and make
small kababs, and shallow fry for 8-10 mins till fully
cooked(as shown in video)
For Gravy:
2 large tomatoes (puree, just grind them)
1 large onion chopped or half cup Fried onions
4-6 Green chillies chopped
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1 tsp each of Salt, red chilli, garlic powder, cumin powder,
coriander powder, garam masala
1 cup water
3/4th cup oil.
METHOD:
In a wok, heat oil, add onion, fry till golden brown(or
simply use fried onions directly as I did) add gingergarlic
paste and green chillies, saute, then add tomatoe puree
with all the spices, saute, then add water,cover & cook for
12-15 mins,till oil separates then add cooked kebabs,
garnish some onions, green chillies & coriander,cover and
simmer for 10-12 mins and its Ready. ENJOYYY.
