Childhood and adolescent rates of obesity have been skyrocketing in recent years. An overreliance on ultra-processed foods and poor eating habits are setting children up for long term health failure. Now the outlook looks more bleak than ever.

A new study has found that cognitive problems are manifesting later in life for people consuming too much junk food in their youth. This is a problem that we are only beginning to scratch the surface on, but if it's best to get out ahead of it and put down the burger!
