200 PONDS Big TUNA Fish | TUNA Fish Cutting and Cooking In Villege
Here's a simple recipe for Tuna Fish Curry:
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna fish, drained
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
5. Add the drained tuna fish to the pan and gently mix it with the spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add a little water if the mixture looks too dry. Simmer for a few more minutes until the flavors meld together and the curry reaches your desired consistency.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
