It has been proven that eating a well-balanced and natural diet is healthy and boosts our immune system as well as our mental health and wellbeing. We are what we eat. If we eat natural, wholesome and healthy food then we function better. If we eat man-made processed foods with additives and preservatives that are artificial then we will become artificial and eventually become sick. We all have a choice to make. Do we decide to stay healthy and consume food that was created for us by Mother Nature or do we decide that we can improve on Mother Nature and the Great Creator and continually genetically modify, re-create and cross-pollinate for monetary gain?
