n this video, Amber and I drive up to Central California to check out and go fishing in Monterey CA! Monterey Bay is well-known for its fishing, and for good reason. I explain briefly why in the video but basically, Monterey has a submarine canyon that brings a lot of cold, nutrient-filled waters up, which causes phytoplankton explosions!

^Hope this list helps, it's better to watch as complete as possible but this will help you guys reference different parts of the video to go to or after you're done c: I think I'll start putting this in for all my videos consistently starting now, or at least whenever I feel like it haha

There was a lot of fish on Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf! Unfortunately, they were all incredibly dinky bois haha. So many baby sanddabs and one senorita fish. There was even a huge school of anchovies that was around the wharf!

Regardless, it was a lot of fun c: this video is the first video in the Monterey Get Away Playlist, I'll link the other videos after I edit and release them!

Also a quick shoutout to Monterey Fish Co. They are located at the end of the Fisherman's Wharf, in which they sell a variety of seafood products which include lots of fresh locally caught fish! They also have lots of variety in terms of fishing bait too, if you were planning to purchase bait instead of food. Very fresh seafood!

Hope you guys enjoyed, feel free to leave comments, suggestions, and feedback!

Cheers,
Sven
