Swiss marathon champion Adrian Lehmann dies of heart attack at 34

Swiss marathoner and candiate for the Olympic Summer Games of this year, Adrian Lehmann (34), ran the Zürich marathon on Sunday April 21, 2024 in 2h11m44s. Just a few hours after the marathon he suddenly died of a heart attack.

After his death it was made public that he had already had a heart attack during preparation 3 days before this marathon.

Lehmann even wore a face mask during training, so it is safe to conclude that Lehmann belonged to the COVID cult, and that he was most likely fully vaxxed.
