Do you have 3 eggs, flour and milk? Cook this sweet dish and you will love it

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g flour
250 ml milk
20g sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Raisins to taste
20 g butter for the pan

That's how it's done:
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg white until stiff and mix all other ingredients with the egg yolk. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake slowly in the pan over low heat.

Vanilla sauce goes well with:
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
1 heaped teaspoon of cornstarch
250 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
