✔️Ingredients:
Dough:
2 eggs.
100g sugar (5 tablespoons).
125 ml vegetable oil (8 tablespoons).
125 ml warm milk (8 tablespoons).
200g flour (7 tablespoons).
25 g cocoa (2 tablespoons).
1 teaspoon baking powder.

Filling:
1 egg.
50g sugar (2.5 tablespoons).
10 g vanilla sugar (1.5 tsp).
200 g cottage cheese (15 tablespoons).
250g cherries (or other berries of your choice).
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 35-40 minutes.
Mold size 18 x 28 cm (7 x 11 inches
