A quick and easy London Broil. Yes, it can be done on the Blackstone Griddle! Tender and juicy and full of flavor!
Marinade
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup light olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
pinch red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Let sit 2 hours minimum
