Congress has reauthorized FISA and granted the US government expanded surveillance powers to essentially ignore the 4th Amendment to the Constitution while spying on American citizens.

5) House passes foreign aid bills for Israel, Ukraine, and Taiwan; 4) Congress extends FISA and authorizes warrantless electronic surveillance; 3) IRS agents among those accused of stealing billions in COVID relief funds; 2) Biden administration guts Title IX protections of women at federally funded education institutions; 1) Oklahoma issues warning over transgender professional wrestler (they know pro wrestling is fake, right?).
