Offensive at Chasov Yar, April 15

The fighting has begun to shift westward to the area of the Seversky Donets canal. The Ukrainian armed forces are actively moving reinforcements, but Russian FPV drones have already started hitting targets beyond the watershed, where the Ukrainian army is likely to retreat after losing its positions on the eastern outskirts of the Kanal neighborhood.

No large-scale fighting has been observed so far, mostly hard positioning is going on. The AFU, thanks to the actions of the 98th VDD and the 200th Brigade, is gradually facing two main problems: the round-the-clock defeat of its own positions and the disruption of supplies.

In the same way, the defense of Artyomovsk ended for the Ukrainian army, after which the city had to be abandoned.
