Meyer was a disgruntled, failed World Federaliist presidential candidate in a late 1940s
Allan Dulles recruited him into th CIA, therby, ushering into he CIA, gnts of a politial party that turned its global political agenda into OFFICIAL CIA policy.
Through Cord Meyer, American political party known as the United World Federalist Party took over the CIA to create the New World Order, which we can see morphing today into UN-based global government based on "Corporate Communism."

Col. Prouty exposes the existence of an unofficial "Secret Charter" in the CIA whereby the Company seized unconstitutional powers to conduct "covert operations" against other countries, as well as, the American People.
