Cooking recipe and ingredients:

3 fish (crucian carp).
Clean the fish from scales.
Clean the insides.
Cut off the fins.
make cuts.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dry garlic.
Provencal herbs.
Paprika.
Drizzle with vegetable oil.
Spread the spices well on the fish.
Turn over and sprinkle the same spices over the fish.
Rub in the spices well.
Leave on for 20 minutes.
7-8 potatoes.
Fill with water.
Place on medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Chop 1 onion.
Place on a baking sheet.
Place the fish on the onion.
Cover with damp parchment paper.
Place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
20g butter.
6 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon paprika.
Sauté the garlic over medium heat for 30-40 seconds.
Add boiled potatoes.
Fry until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 onion.
Fry the onion until transparent.
1 red pepper.
Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cut 4 slices of sun-dried tomatoes.
Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
20 minutes later.
Remove the baking paper and bake for another 5-7 minutes at 180°C.
Almost ready.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Chop the spring onions.
Everything is ready.
