A Military School reject Tom Warner ( Micheal Bien Terminator Tombstone Fame)returns back to finish high school in Montreal only to find out his town is overrun by by a likeable but dangerous gang the Rustlers led by a verbally challenged man called Bull and his mouthpiece Bean well played by Angelo Rizacos. The fight is for the high school, the girl,and Tim's dads respect.
