UK condemns Iran’s retaliation despite own readiness to conduct similar strike

The West was quick to condemn Iran for its retaliatory strike against Israel. However, when British Foreign Secretary David Cameron was asked what would UK do if a hostile nation flattened one of its consulates, answered ‘we would take a very strong action’. Isn’t it what Iran did, David?
