<NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL TART/BARS

INGREDIENTS
-160 gm(4 bars) Chocolate
(milk or dark)l used dark by @galaxyarabia
-200 ml Condensed milk
-3 tbsp sugar
-15-20 biscuits crushed(digestive or Marie)
-200 gm Butter(melted)
-Dish or pan (greased and lined with cling film/butter
paper.)
Method:
-Crush the biscuits, put 100gm melted butter, mix
thoroughly and set it in the pan,put in fridge for 20 mins
-Prepare caramel: in a pan put sugar, keep stirring and
cook till it melts and starts turning golden, pour in
condensed milk and 4 tbsp butter, cook and cook, keep
stirring, till you get a nice caramelized color and thick
consistency, its ready
-Spread this sauce over the set biscuits layer, let it cool.
-In a bowl, put chocolate with 3 tbsp butter, microwave for
20 seconds, till melted, pour this over caramel layer and
spread evenly,
Put in fridge for 3-4 hours, till fully set.
