[OPINION] my issue with EGS doing auto refund without asking | english caption

fyi I recorded this vid in 2022

epic game store always giving me auto refund when the game got delayed ( 3 times now )

I don't mind it, if the game got canceled, but it would be better if they asking the user if the user want refund or not for the game got delayed.

I am using capcut for editing the caption, it has auto caption feature, but I still need to manually fixed the text if it has wrong caption.
