Recently, a Female United Airlines Pilot boarded a flight, and just before take-off she decided to have a total meltdown, and mock passengers who might be afraid to let her fly the plane. Many who have seen this incident are blaming today's DEI standards that have put merit, skill, and ability on the back burner, prioritizing what someone looks like or identifies as, as the qualities that matter more.
