DHAKA CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
500 gms chicken
1tbsp chili flakes
1tsp garam masala
1 & half tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp garlic paste
1
egg
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp gram flour(besan)
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sesame seeds(add more if you like)
METHOD:
Marinate the chicken with the above mentioned
ingredients. Coat it well. Sprinkle some more sesame
seeds. Fry at medium heat for 8-10 min until golden and
crispy.
"You can bake and airfry them at 200C and cook for
20-25 minutes. Flip in between and spray some oil for a
nice finish.
