‘Sumping Waluh’ is Balinese steamed pumpkin in banana leaves. This is a very famous Balinese dessert you will find in traditional markets or in Balinese night markets. The taste is sweet and made with fresh coconut and palm sugar that all grow locally.

Ingredients :
500 gr pumpkin
150 gr rice flour
100 gr fresh grated coconut
100 gr palm sugar
1 tsp salt
Banana leaves 15 - 20 cm around 12 - 15 pcs
