Ingredients to make BUNS with pastry CREAM.
For the mass:
Flour, 500 g.
Milk, 150 ml.
Water, 100 ml.
Oil, 50 ml.
Sugar, 40 g.
Egg, 1 unit + one egg white.
Dry baker's yeast, 7 g.
Salt, a teaspoon.

For the pastry cream:
Milk, 250 ml.
Sugar, 50 g.
1 egg yolk.
Cornstarch, 20 g.
