Bridge Over Troubled Protesters

Pro-Palestinian protesters took over the Golden Gate Bridge. Should there be a punishment for protests that take over major pathways like bridges and airports? Plus USC cancels its Valedictorians speech for "safety reasons". Unfortunately that may have made things much worse.
