Betty James & Richard James Make a Spring Walk! | Slinky Edition of Where's the Fun from?

The Slinky story doesn’t start with Betty James, but it sure doesn’t unfold the same without her. She named the toy in 1945, saved it in 1960, gave it a jingle in 1962 and promoted it for 63 years. It all started when her husband, engineer Richard James, brought home a spring and worked to make it walk. This is the Slinky edition of Where’s the Fun from? (WTFF)
