What ingredients do I need for this recipe?
Hake loins or slices. One kilo of fish in total.
Fresh clams, 500 g.
Fresh mussels, 250 g.
2 large leeks.
A small onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
200 ml of cava, champagne or sparkling white wine.
500 ml of fish broth or seafood fumet.
Olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh parsley.
