SEC Being Sued Over Mass Financial Data Collection

New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) filed a complaint against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) challenging the agency's  "Consolidated Audit Trail" (CAT), they call unconstitutional. One America's Stella Escobedo spoke with Stefan Padfield, the deputy director at the National Center's "Free Enterprise Project" about the lawsuit.
