Einstein the African grey parrot demonstrates the power and muscle strength in his neck as he lifts a very heavy ceramic bowl filled with a some water.

Einstein weighs 465 grams, the bowl with water weighs 2.3 kg. The bowl is 5 times his weight and Einstein is able to lift it slightly off the counter! Very impressive! He is very capable of pushing it off the counter, however his owner values the bowl too much to have it crash to the floor! It must have bee hard work because he can't resist dipping his beak into the water to cool off! Then he gives a victory wave to all of his fans as any great weightlifter would do after a competition. Great job Einstein!
